When back pain needs an assessment—not another week of rest
Common signs that it is time to understand the cause and start moving safely.
Practical education supports recovery, but it cannot replace an assessment tailored to your symptoms and health history.
Pain is information, not always a stop sign
Most uncomplicated back pain benefits from calm, guided movement rather than prolonged bed rest. An assessment helps identify which movements are safe, what may be sensitising the area, and whether another medical opinion is needed.
Book an assessment when the pattern persists
Recurring pain, symptoms travelling into the leg, disrupted sleep, increasing stiffness, or difficulty with normal work and walking are good reasons to seek professional guidance instead of repeatedly waiting it out.
What the first visit explores
We discuss how the pain began, review relevant reports, examine movement and strength, and explain a practical plan. Care may combine physiotherapy, spinal treatment, exercise, and ergonomic advice.
